I went here to get my Vietnamese visas for my family trip. Jenny was very prompt picking up the phone. She is very communicative in both Vietnamese and English, professional, and helpful . We were in and out within 10 min and received our visas within 1.5-2 weeks. She will send you a text to let you know it’s ready for pick up. Hi Jenny. I finally have time today to write about our story. You are an incredibly dedicated person; you handled my husband's family's visa application. My husband's grandmother filed a petition to sponsor his father, and my husband followed in 2013. Several incidents occurred afterward, along with the COVID-19 pandemic, so it wasn't until 2022 that my husband's F1 visa application finally reached the 6B stage. You diligently urged my husband to complete all the paperwork as quickly as possible to expedite the age closure. At that time, I wasn't married to my husband yet, but I followed everything you did. A year later, the F1 application reached the interview stage, with you meticulously preparing all the necessary documents. Finally, the interview went smoothly. In August 2023, my husband's family arrived in the US, and after three months, my husband began preparing the paperwork to register our marriage and open my visa application. You sent me everything very carefully. On March 8th, 2024, we registered and immediately called Ms. J to open our case. She smiled happily, congratulated us, and processed our F2A case. And thankfully, everything she did seemed to go smoothly. When my husband returned to the US, he had already enlisted in the military. By September 2024, he had obtained US citizenship, and she immediately told me to send the documents, and three months later my case was changed to CR1 status. After a long wait, my case was approved in May 2025. During this crucial period, I messaged Ms. J a lot, and she didn't complain but reassured me to stay calm and always reminded us to be honest about everything the US government had to do. She uploaded all the documents and photos I submitted and requested. After three months, I had an interview scheduled. I called Jenny right away and asked her everything I needed to do. On October 26, 2025, I went for my interview feeling nervous, even though she and my husband had reassured me that everything would be fine because we'd known each other for 10 years. And I got accepted! Jenny waited for me so long she couldn't sleep. She had to call me to check on me and congratulate me before she could feel at ease. Experiencing all those emotions while waiting showed me how dedicated she was to every little detail in our case. Oh, I also introduced my friend to Jenny's case, and she arrived in the US three days ago. She's truly dedicated and has a knack for it. I did my visa to Vietnam at this office, they work very professionally and the price is reasonable.

My cousin was not allowed to board at LAX on a late morning flight to Vietnam due to errors in visa and called me for help. I called Jenny around noon to see what she could do. A few hours later we got a landing permit for Noi Bai airport that allowed my cousin to board the next Korean flight that evening. There was a visa waiting for her when she landed in Vietnam and she reunited with her sisters who had flown without her earlier in the day. Don't ask me how Jenny did it. Remember it was night time in Vietnam when trouble started. If you travel to Vietnam frequently then save Jenny's number in your phone. If she can't help you then maybe nobody can.
